About the Founder

Foreign Adviser is led by Mr. Abhinav Balyan, a foreign policy enthusiast with a passion for diplomacy and international relations. He has travelled extensively to the United States of America, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Montenegro, UAE, Serbia, Poland, China, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Qatar, Turkey, Israel and many other nations to promote and learn the global best practices in trade, marketing, agriculture and rural development. These travels were the catalyst for the creation of Foreign Adviser.

While travelling to learn the global best practices, he discovered that there is so much that needs to be unveiled to the world that can aid in policy formation, good governance, idea exchange, law making, rural development and tourism. He realised that diplomacy has so much more to offer the people of the world, and that a right medium must exist to disseminate knowledge and experience in order to strengthen bonds and foster people-to-people connections. Mr. Balyan believes that we all have something to learn from each other and Foreign Adviser will bring out the global good by serving diplomacy.

Mr. Balyan is also the President and CEO of Chamber of Commerce, Sustainable Development and Foreign Relations, India’s premier Chamber of Commerce, headquartered in New Delhi. He spearheads the chamber's initiatives to foster new international alliances, promote global best practices, and cultivate networks of active business leaders and entrepreneurs. As President and Director of the Board, he provides strategic direction and leadership to the chamber's numerous initiatives on global outreach, industry participation, diplomatic connections, research projects and fundraising.

For over a decade, Mr. Balyan has worked to advance public policy, industry promotion, international relations, and sustainable livelihood. As Chief Executive Officer of EduExl, he was successful in implementing a national livelihood program, providing a sustainable livelihood to thousands of people and elevating the company to the top of the national rankings.
